Last Updated: October 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Snap n Compare ("Snap n Compare," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, forms, electricity comparison services, and related communications.
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Our Services
Snap n Compare helps consumers explore electricity plan options and connect with Energy Advisors who can assist with reviewing electricity bills, comparing available plans, and understanding potential alternatives.
Our services may include:
Collecting information about your electricity needs.
Reviewing electricity bills and usage information you provide.
Identifying potentially suitable electricity plan options.
Connecting you with an Energy Advisor.
Facilitating inquiries or enrollment requests with electricity providers.
Providing follow-up communications related to your inquiry.
The availability and scope of services may change without notice, subject to applicable law.
3. Electricity Plan Information
Electricity plans, rates, fees, contract terms, and availability vary by electricity provider, utility service territory, location, usage patterns, and other factors.
Any comparisons or estimates provided through Snap n Compare are for informational purposes and may not represent the final terms offered by an electricity provider.
Before enrolling in an electricity plan, you should review the provider's current Electricity Facts Label (EFL), Terms of Service, Your Rights as a Customer document, and any applicable fees or contract requirements.
The electricity provider's official contract and disclosures govern your relationship with that provider.
Snap n Compare does not guarantee that a particular plan will be the cheapest option or that you will achieve specific savings.
4. Energy Advisors
Snap n Compare may connect you with Energy Advisors who help review electricity needs, explain available options, and assist with the comparison or enrollment process.
Energy Advisors may contact you using the contact information you provide.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, an Energy Advisor is not your electricity provider and cannot guarantee the availability, pricing, or terms of any electricity plan.
You are responsible for verifying plan details and deciding whether to enroll.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information.
Submit only information and documents you are authorized to share.
Ensure that any electricity bill you upload relates to an account you are authorized to discuss.
Use our website only for lawful purposes.
Avoid submitting fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Refrain from attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our services where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security concerns, or legal requirements.
6. Electricity Bills and Personal Information
If you submit an electricity bill or other account information, you authorize us to use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide the requested comparison or related services.
You understand that electricity bills may contain personal information, account identifiers, service addresses, usage information, and billing details.
Our collection, use, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an electricity bill does not automatically enroll you in an electricity plan or authorize a provider to change your service.
7. Enrollment and Provider Agreements
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, using Snap n Compare does not itself establish an electricity supply agreement.
An electricity plan enrollment may require additional information, eligibility verification, disclosures, and acceptance of the electricity provider's terms.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable contract, including the rate structure, term length, early termination fees, recurring charges, and other relevant conditions before agreeing to enroll.
Any electricity supply agreement is between you and the electricity provider identified in that agreement.
8. Calls, Emails, and Text Messages
By submitting your contact information, you authorize Snap n Compare and, where applicable, the Energy Advisor responding to your request to contact you regarding that request using the contact details you provide.
Marketing calls and text messages will be made only in accordance with applicable law and any required consent.
Where applicable, message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP where supported. Reply HELP for assistance where supported.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.
You may continue to receive essential service-related communications where permitted by law, even if you opt out of marketing communications.
9. Third-Party Providers and Links
Our website may reference or link to electricity providers, utility companies, or other third-party websites and services.
Snap n Compare does not control third-party websites or independently guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of their services.
Electricity providers are responsible for their own plan offerings, contractual terms, billing, customer service, and fulfillment of their obligations.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
10. No Guarantee of Savings or Results
Snap n Compare provides comparison and referral services intended to help consumers evaluate electricity options.
We do not guarantee specific savings, lower electricity bills, approval for a particular plan, uninterrupted electricity service, or the availability of any specific rate.
Actual electricity costs depend on factors including consumption, applicable rates, delivery charges, recurring fees, contract terms, and changes permitted under the applicable agreement.
You should evaluate all relevant plan disclosures before making a decision.
11. Website Availability and Accuracy
We strive to keep our website information current and accessible. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies.
Electricity rates and plan information can change. Information displayed on our website may become outdated or may not reflect the final terms available from a provider.
We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue website features or services, subject to applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify Snap n Compare for our own conduct where such an obligation would be prohibited by law.
16. Privacy
